PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Bonamar Corporation is proud to distribute seafood products that are processed under the most rigorous quality and sanitation standards. Therefore, we guarantee the shipment of the best quality seafood to our valued customers.

If you need to file a claim to return any of our products, Bonamar Corp. must provide written authorization prior to ANY return.

Destruction of ANY product is expressly forbidden until approved or requested by Bonamar. 

Please email us at returns@bonamarcorp.com to have your claim processed by our Customer Service team and provide the following information to expedite the process:

  1. Customer Name
  2. Contact Name
  3. Contact Phone Number
  4. Contact Email
  5. Invoice Number
  6. Order and Receipt Date
  7. Type of Product
  8. Quantity of Product (Cases and Pounds)
  9. Product Code
  10. Reason for Return
  11. Location of Product
  12. Photo or Video reflecting reason for return
  13. Picture of Product’s Expiration Date on can, container, or box
  14. Bill of Lading or Proof of Delivery

PRODUCT REJECTION POLICY

If you need to reject product, it MUST be rejected at the time of delivery. Anything not rejected at this time must follow the Product Return Policy.
